There are some people in this world you come across and they just light up a room with their down to earth nature and charm. Ingrid is just one of those girls you feel lucky to have in your life. So when the opportunity came to shoot her wedding, I could not have been more thrilled.
With the backdrop of lush green rainforest/farmland of Mount Dandenong Ingrid and Sam’s classic, timeless vintage inspired wedding began.
The day started in joy and high spirits with hair, makeup, laughter and a few drinks being had at the beautiful Holly Lodge.
The Tatra Chapel was the most incredible church to photograph in, technically speaking church’s are usually dark buildings with poor lighting, but not this one, its as if the designer had met a photographer the day he drew up the plans, with large clear class pannels surrounding the church letting in the softest light and illuminating the stunning bride and very handsome groom and also showing the beautiful green trees famous to the Dandenong ranges. A more perfect situation could not be made.
After many many photographic moments it was time to head into the warmth of Sky High for the reception. With lots of fine food and celebrating, Mr and Mrs Watson danced the night away with those they love most.
Congratulations to you both and I wish you all the best for your future together!
